Your welcome
You will receive a bottle of wine, flowers, a cream tea, milk, coffee & tea on arrival.
If you book for Xmas & New Year, you will find champagne and a decorated tree in
your cottage. For those special occasions, please contact us!
Heating (Unfortunately, due to the price of fuel, we have to add a heating supplement)
Skyber: £25 per week for central heating if required
Tikkidew: £20 per week for central heating if required. 1 basket of logs
free of charge.
Kellywyk: £15 per week for electric heating if required.
St Mellion International Golf & Country Club
Skyber: Price includes 4 full golf / leisure memberships (free golf)
Tikkidew: Price includes 2 full golf / leisure memberships (free golf).
Kellywyk: Price includes 2 full leisure memberships (discounted golf)
Linen
All linen and towels (except beach) are provided. If you are staying longer than
a week, we will provide fresh linen and towels each week.
Wireless Broadband
If you really need to keep in touch and have to bring your laptop, we can arrange
for you to use our wireless office connection free of charge.
Conditions of booking
A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking.
The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
Cancellations
The Owners will try to re-let your cottage up to 6 weeks prior to holiday start date.
Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the holiday start date will incur the full rental
cost of the property.
Clients are recommended to take out insurance to cover any cancellations made.
Damage
The Owners accept that small accidents are always possible, but reserve the right
to charge clients for any damage to the property or contents.
Smoking: All Rowse Farm Cottages are non-smoking
Pets: The Owners regret that no pets can be accepted
