Although we have done our best to facilitate easy access, our cottages were built in a
traditional style. If you have any concerns or questions about access, please contact
us before booking and we will be happy to discuss your concerns with you. Conditions of booking
A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking.
The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date. Cancellations
We will try to re-let your cottage up to 8 weeks prior to holiday start date.
Cancellations made within 8 weeks of the holiday start date will incur the full rental
cost of the property.
We recommend that you take out insurance to cover any cancellations made. Damage
We accept that small accidents are always possible, but reserve the right
to charge for any damage to the property or contents. Smoking
